Dr. MacDonald began his professional career as a high school science teacher. The majority of his teaching took place in Red Deer, Alberta. During his 15 years of teaching biology and chemistry, he also coached high school football, rugby and wrestling and currently helps coach ski racing with Red Deer Ski Club. As a graduate of Banff Composite High School, he has always been involved with sports. Additionally, he was a competitive downhill ski racer and spent many years playing competitive Men’s rugby in Red Deer and in Texas.
In 1999, he was eager for a change and enrolled at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Dr. MacDonald graduated Summa Cum Laude and class valedictorian in 2002. Dr. MacDonald and his wife, Tina, returned to Red Deer to start their family with the birth of their son, Gage in 2003.
Dr. MacDonald has cared for patients of all ages from newborns to seniors and has a special interest in sports injuries.
Dr. MacDonald is always striving for further learning to help benefit his patients.In his spare time, Dr. MacDonald enjoys running, skiing, playing golf and spending time with his family.

Dr. Stephanie Connolly grew up in Red Deer, Alberta and after graduating from high school received a soccer scholarship to play University soccer from Northern State University in South Dakota. Here she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Connolly graduated Magna Cum Laude and was co-founder and President of Palmer’s Functional Neurology Club and an active member of the Canadian Chiropractic Club.
Dr. Connolly has cared for a variety of individuals ranging in age from newborns to seniors and enjoys working with athletes to improve their health and performance. Dr. Connolly practices a wide variety of techniques to serve all patients’ needs, including Thompson technique, Gonstead, Diversified, Activator and Sacro-occipital Technique. Dr. Connolly also has a special interest in chiropractic care for prenatal, pediatrics and Women’s health.
Outside of being passionate for helping individuals improve their health, she also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, golf, soccer and biking.

Brittany has been working at Trinity Chiropractic since 2011. Brittany graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2006. In 2013 she completed her Advanced Diploma to obtain 2200 hours. Brittany specializes in deep tissue/therapeutic, relaxation and pregnancy massage. She also has her level one and two sports massage. Brittany believes in a holistic approach to health and likes to incorporate therapeutic grade essential oils into her practice.
